A friendly perimeter wall, a gate, and a large jacaranda tree were added to provide privacy and shade for the street level of this overly exposed modern 2-story construction.

To extend the ground-level living and kitchen area, we transformed the front courtyard into a private outdoor dining and lounging area, complete with koi pond and water lily garden.

Additional privacy for the interior living room was afforded by a strategically placed outside palisade of rich mahogany-like wood, which also augmented the clean lines of the Asian Modern construction of the house.
